Cater with Groundswell Cafe
Let Groundswell cater your next event, whether it’s in our space or yours! For groups of 12 or more people, our delicious menu items are sure to satisfy your attendees.
Groundswell Cafe offers both in-house catering and large orders for events in our event space and off-site orders that can be delivered or picked up.
Catering is available during Cafe hours, 7 am-2 pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Please finalize catering orders no later than two business days prior to your event, and pastry orders one week before your event, by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling the cafe at 319-200-2791.
In-House Catering
With either individual plated lunches or family-style platters, our sandwiches and salads make the perfect meal for meetings, luncheons, conferences, graduation parties, or other events hosted in our event space. Lunch items are available between 11 am-2 pm.
Looking to host a morning event? Breakfast burrito and sandwich platters or plated, individual breakfast dishes are available in-house only for events before 11 am.
Coffee and pastries are available during both breakfast and lunch hours. For pastry orders, please contact our cafe at least 8 days before your event or pickup day.
Events hosted during Cafe hours that order catering from Groundswell receive a $30/hour discount on their reservation fees. Click here to learn more about hosting your event at Groundswell.
Off-Site Lunch Catering
Our lunch salads and sandwiches are also available for off-site catering as either boxed lunches or family-style platters. Boxed lunches include either a salad with a baguette slice and dressing on the side, or a sandwich with chips and a side. If you’re looking for a little more variety, we can create sandwich platters and family-style salad bowls.
Off-site catering is available for pickup, or for delivery within a 3-mile radius from Groundswell, 201 Third Ave. SW in Cedar Rapids. Delivery orders must be a minimum of $100, and the delivery fee is $10. Please note, our staff is not available to stay and serve.
